Grading Begins:

On Friday, December 31, 2010 Grant General Contractors began grading for our new Casa Kids Campus near San Marcos. All 11.4 acres are being graded, digging down 7-10 feet to a hard solid surface that is even across the entire site (uniform compaction). This ensures a strong foundation. Once that is achieved, the soil that was removed is put back and leveled again.

Although we are still in the beginning stages, the timeline calls for completion and a Certificate of Occupancy from the County by the end of 2011.
